The management is not strategic, lacks in contributing any creative ideas that move complex deal cycles forward and are often too busy to align well to customers Executive sponsors for developing relationships.

Pros

Great product. When leveraged properly the product makes a difference for customers.

Cons

Horrible internal process. Back office is over worked and/or new. It’s very hard to get things done and set customer expectations. If you get a boss who does not help, success will be difficult.
