- You work on interesting projects - Use of the latest tech. - Forward-thinking top leadership - Work with truly nice and talented colleagues - Lots of opportunities for career growth - Great work-life balance

Cons

- Compensation is not competitive - Exiting the company is such a pain - Inexperienced resource managers - Lack of increase in pay despite high inflation in some locations - Promotion and pay freeze and the lack of transparency regarding promotion - Little to no bonuses

Pros

Possibility to pick a project by yourself

Cons

Projects are not fulfilling at all. After a year on the project you have a feel ing like nothing has been done. Team leads and management of the projects are micromanaging because they don't have enough experience and knowledge to run a project. Also get used to multiple 1-2 hours meeting on a daily basis with no purpose at all.
