Pros

- Possibility to grow. - Interesting projects for any set of skills, knowledge and experience. - Work life balance - Greate management. - Relocation opportunity (Company has a lot of offices in different countries and you can relocate to any of them based on your perspectives,) - Awesome learning system. - Possibility to change your career path at any time (if you decide become BA instead of OPS etc.) - Support at any levels. - Benefits (insurance, health benefits, sport membership etc.) - Competitive salary. - Retirement plan. - Year bonuses.

Cons

From my perspective I see no cons of the Company, everyone has difficult time, and time to time you can be removed from project (but this is mostly client decision based on the budget cut.). Any way, you can be assigned to a new project in a short period of time.
