Pros

If you are bit lucky, you will get very good project and team. less politics at the manager level. work life balance depends on project and many of the project have remote work options.

Cons

it's been almost 4 years since I joined EPAM, no major cons. but internal interviews will be tough and getting project is difficult until unless you are well prepared.
