      Pros

      Amazing growing capabilities - there are a lot of internal courses available for employees. The best part is growing after senior developer level - there are different career paths and also a lot of learning stuff for solution architecture. You can get a good competitive salary. You can choose projects to work in.

      Cons

      You have to be proactive to get competetive salary. Some things depend on how lucky you are with your assigned manager. However, you can ask to change your manager. Open space office

      Clear career path Resources available and some projects (if you are lucky enough to be put on them) Location

      Cons

      Management old Easter style. Extremely pushy and using pressure and threat Most of the projects are horrible, with a lot communication problem, no freedom of action and no support what so ever from the company when the client is hard to deal with
