Pros

- if you lucky you can work with epam's premium clients

Cons

- the management was good earlier (before war (Ukraine) and inflation). Then lot of hiring happened to management side (from typical Indian service companies). Now Epam became a normal Indian company

You are by your own here

Pros

- nice co-workers - if the project is nice you are fine - sometimes nice lectures and cases from colleagues

Cons

- if the project is emm..."challenging" :D, you will suffer. Some people are just pretending to solve your problem. And you continue to suffer. - no time to improve processes and do initiatives, cause you are 100% on the projects. The most irritating thing is that management pretends that culture and people are important to them but in fact they do not make steps towards it. Just once in 3 months running around and screaming "wowowow we need culture" - people are burning out and leaving - no unified approach to the process (there's only a high-level scheme, but no aggregated detailed knwoledge) - managers are 100% busy with their work. So there's no dedicated time for actual management in their schedules in the operating model.
