Cons

I dedicated 8 years to this company and contributed significantly to its success. Actively participated in non-project activities, including serving as a Resource Manager and mentoring others. Engaged in the Agile community and shared knowledge. However, after being on the bench for 3 months, they asked me to leave. It became clear that no matter how dedicated you are, if there's no billable position, you're expendable. It's just business, nothing personal.

Great work life balance, plenty of opportunity for growth, salary is good.

Cons

Management should not be bias, they should not terminate an employee in order to prove a point to their higher-ups.
