I had cleared technical round of interview which lasted for about 1.5 hours. It was really well. That brought confidence in me. But after a week, I got no update on the project however it was for immediate joining. I pinged my resource manager a multiple times, but she delayed the response. After continuous follow ups, after one month when I lost hope, she replied she would try for another project as the earlier project shut down the vacancy. After about a week later she said project is ok for u to proceed and offer is in process but I Would have to wait again for 3 days to get the offer interview. The process was really long and I was skeptical as why the project position got closed. Also I heard that the bench period is really tough, if they are so dicy before joining, I worried about after joining. Thus I left the company.
