Pros

If not on project, EPAM doesn't push you out soon. Most of the people are on client site, so we are on small islands. Manager / Account Manager knows the worth.

Cons

Low increments despite off market doing good. You are on your own.

EPAM GLOBAL is good. EPAM India is trying to reach that level. Takes time but it is slowly progressing.

Internal Tools . Opportunity to grow. Assess your self properly. Reinvent your self every day .

Cons

Still in India the mindset is not up to the mark. There were people whose knowledge is not up to the mark when compared to the people who were fired because of performance issues.

Leadership Sucks and No good projects

Pros

I was told many good things when i was joining most of them turned out to be false. Since its a small company, your network in the organization will be good.

Cons

Many people are on bench and the pipeline is dry. Many of them are getting laid off including good performers. The presales team was also fired. You can see there is a opening for this role in glassdoor Indians are compared with belarussians and ukrainian developers. I saw few cases where existing employees were interviewd by the EPAM employees and were declared to be unfit which was humiliating. No leadership talk or meet since i joined. Indian leadership are powerless and might get fired soon. No cross skill training. Even if trained dont expect you will get a project.
