      I have been working in EPAM from 3 years in testing domain, I was joined as contract employee and company recognized my hard work and made me a permanent employee. Thereafter I got many awards and appreciations that gave me the feeling that I am working in great company. Good Salary package and no variable pay below 5th level. Awards and appreciations when worked beyond limits. SDET training programs and unlimited online training training's. To make u happy ,hobby programs like Photography ,Movie acting etc Following latest technologies like Devops and Cloud that make everyone to follow.

      Company should bring banking and health care projects . No work from home facility to all employees

      Thank you for your review. We continue to seek inputs from associates to improve the work environment at EPAM. To this efffect, Voice of EPAM boxes are placed in the floor for associates to share concerns, ideas, suggestions anonymously to make EPAM a better place to work. We have started 2 banking projects in Hyd and Pune and are in advanced stages of starting 1 more in Pune. Work from home facility is available for all associates in the company. We have initiated a global mobility program where associates will have visibility to oppurtunities across EPAM and can opt for it provided criteria is met. In fact, we are identifying more than 10 associates to travel to Minsk for a year. Also, attracting associates from different countries to start working from India. Couple of them are awaiting work permits,

      Pros

      Good place for technology lovers. Highly focused on engineering and has strong engineering principles. There is always opportunity to work on latest technologies. Engineering and Learning culture is in EPAMs DNA. You would love your job as there is new learning everyday. Lot of importance given to Individual Contributors.

      Cons

      EPAM is not for you if you would like to be in comfort zone.

      1. Highly focused on engineering excellence. Will get opportunity to work on latest technologies 2. Company is spread across globe. 3. Has some very good clients and few of them are Google,Mastercard,Canadian Tire 4. It is exciting and great experience working with people working from different countries and cultures. 5. Will get help from the management & Senior Management whenever needed 6. EPAM has some Good interview process & pay Good salaries

      Cons

      1. There are no Cons , Every company will be firing people and its not only with EPAM, show a company where they are not firing 2. HR should have more Powers and should not be like a middle man
