      Pros

      I began my journey with EPAM six years ago outside India. From the start, the organization stood out for its strong technology focus and global opportunities. Two years ago, I relocated to India with EPAM, and the transition was seamless thanks to the quick turnaround of all the teams who made this relocation easier. Today, I hold the position of portfolio manager, a role that has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. EPAM has consistently impressed me with its commitment to continuous learning and innovation. The company invests heavily in upskilling its people, providing access to a wide range of training programs, certifications, and real-world tech challenges. Learning is part of the culture here, and employees are encouraged to stay ahead of the curve. The promotion process is open, transparent, and merit-based, reflecting EPAM’s core values: Hungry, Humble, and Smart.

      Cons

      If there’s one area for improvement, it would be around salary options. While the work environment, learning, and leadership opportunities are exceptional, a more competitive and flexible compensation structure would make the experience even more rewarding.

      Good company only few cons

      Offers a good salary package, especially compared to industry standards.

      Cons

      - The high salary can become a disadvantage if you're on the bench, as it becomes harder to get allocated to projects. - You may be booked for a client who doesn’t respond or schedule interviews, causing extended bench time. - The company does not provide clear communication on the maximum duration one can remain on the bench. - High-package employees often face more challenges in getting project assignments quickly. - Even when you cleared the interview due to budget constraints, you will not select for that position
