The client portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies in domains like banking, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, and insurance, so every project feels impactful. Work-Life Balance Work-life balance depends heavily on the project you’re assigned to. With some critical clients, deadlines and workload might demand evening or weekend hours, especially closer to project delivery. However, these periods are typically followed by lighter phases. The company does encourage work-life balance, but sometimes client demands dominate.

      Life is unfair

      Pros

      Nice people all around. Lots of upskilling opportunities. Somewhat interesting projects. Remote work.

      Cons

      It's getting worse since 2023. Salary is not competitive. There are no relocations. There are no offline community events, only boring online ones. There are no business trips. The company has a skewed seniority pyramid with lots of directors who are toxic, incompetent and won't listen to people. The company doesn't respect its employees. There is a feeling of isolation and lack of vision or common goal. You are constantly being lied to about everything (promo, relo, benefits, etc).

      Good projects with big clients

      Cons

      Internal politics turn the environment toxic. A director has thrown 2 different teams under the bus to save his/her own mess up with major clients. Not a place to be.
