- there seem to be a lot of possibilities for development - family life is possible - mostly business as usual after takeover

Cons

- a lot of (unnecessary) bureaucracy, that sometimes hinders qualified people to make decissions - very bad integration after takeover left a bad first impression

Pros

EPAM is a great company especially if you want to try yourself in different locations. It has offices in dozens of countries.

Cons

With the thousands of projects running there are of course less exciting ones. The good thing though is that you can switch projects, although sometimes it takes time.

To much onboarding boring stuff with learning, people tend to be lenient, projects might not be what they seem at start
