It's permanent work from home clear platforms for employee engagement

Cons

1. Concept of flex employees - base salary provided till project assignment. 2. They will assure that you will get a project however, there are a lot of hidden issues not visible to the employee regarding grabbing a project. Candidate can be rejected even after successful interviews 3. For flex employees, they will say that base salary plus additional CTC will be provided after project. so no project no full salary. 4. Finally, they will offer you the fixed category of CTC if you get the project, but it will come at a cost of 10% reduction to your CTC. 6. The employee is at the receiving end of unfulfilled salary problems.
