      Best people I ever seen, great vision of top management, lots of challenges

      Becoming "huge world-wide corporation" is inevitable and percieved to be rather negative. But the good news is that people around understand that and doing their best to save the "start-up spitit".

      Pros

      EPAM is probably the best place to start your development career. They provide a lot of internal courses, trainings and meet ups. EPAM tries to follow all modern technologies and make their developers best on the market. Your professional grow is most welcome. I've been working here since I've graduated in 2012 till 2016, and I grew up from junior to Senior Developer. Also they provide nice benefits, great medical insurance.

      Cons

      The salary is quite low in comparison to other companies.

      Pros

      Good learning opportunity in a pure product engineering standards. Very good exposure to mature development and support projects for technology customers. I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt a great deal for Solution development in Digital and Integrated enterprise product development for customers

      - Lack of skilled resources with technology experience - Traditional management approach, leading to highly confused and uncontrolled project engagements
