      Opportunities to grow, trainings, many different projects, great benefits, salary, job security, if one project is finished company finds you another one, you still get all the benefits while on "bench"

      If you just want to go to office to gossip, then this is the right place :D No pros otherwise

      Cons

      1) Directionless 2) Futureless 3) Useless mgmt 4) DO not join this company even if they give you 100% hike. They will fire you as soon as the job is done and there is no project. There is no policy defined. Mgmt will backtrack on what they say. No Coordination between EPAM India GDO and the EPAM Global Mgmt 5) People live in fear here everyday. An employee,whose child was sick,was on leave but was called to office in the name of client demand and was fired for no reason. 6) EPAM India GDO has no idea about what EPAM Global wants and they will talk all rubbish.
