Pros

EPAM has niche clients which have partnerd with them for years and a lot of them are trying to expand out of India location, tho it is taking time. They are adopting latest technologies and encouraging people to learn as much. clear focus on automation clear hr and qa policies and processes Company has a bunch of dedicated and resourceful employees on all major accounts which drive the deliveries. Poor performers are given enough chances and time on projects to improve before they are asked to leave many opportunities for business travels, may get opportunity to relocate

Cons

- clients are given top priority, but that works negatively sometimes during deadlines. push backs are less, so customers are usually happy too - some technical DMs here have behaviour issues and have no people management skills, and some PMs lack technical skills - both are COMMON with any other company. It is a pity reading other Glassdoor reviewers' entries about EPAM that these managers are the root cause of their miseries and performance issues :-) - Car parking, last heard they are moving to a new facility

Pros

- Free lunch on Friday in the Manchester office - Good maternity pay - Own Macbook and Thunderbolt

Cons

- Extreme differences in pay levels. I'm here with 8 years of experience on £23k yet we've got new people with 2 years experience coming in and starting on £35k. Does not compute. - General feeling of discontent around the office. It's in a state of flux with no firm sense of direction after the acquisition. - 40 hour working week.

Pros

One of the best office work in the Gomel - good salary. Flexible schedule (depends on the project needs). Free coffee machine and tea. Massage as a benefit. Some discounts at different places per benefit card

Cons

If the work is interesting and challenging depends on available projects in the location. So it might be a lack of opportunities to grow in a salary and career.
