      Avoid if you can

      Pros

      Good relocation package. Top tech customer in Mountain View, CA. Work on-site at the customer's office. The company and its revenue is constantly growing in the US (but not your salary).

      Cons

      Salaries are way below the market average. No guaranteed bonus, very reluctant towards salary raise. They promise to start the Green Card process in 1 year, but in fact they try hard to postpone the starting date. Also the whole GC process in slowed down as much as possible. This is how they "retain" their employees. LOL

      Famous clients Depending on a project you work on, you may get some benefits Internal tools for almost any kind of needs

      Cons

      Big promises with no effect Poor benefits and events (no free conferences, two poorly organized company-wide events per year, a few teambuilding events per year) Depressing management (couldn't find matching word to describe how bad is it - very bad work/life balance, no encouragement for the work you do, sometimes - boring projects without chance to swap ones)
