Thank you for your feedback. We take the feedback from our associates seriously and work towards building a healthy workplace. In EPAM, our associates feel the responsibility of building a positive image of the organization internally and externally. Like few folks who express their concerns on this forum, others are also interested to express their experience with the organization and therefore this forum has a combination of positive and negative reviews. EPAM India is a key geography for EPAM to expand and to make this happen, we have opened a State-of-the-art Digital Engineering Centre in Hyderabad with 1700 capacity and will be opening a new office in Pune sometime next year. We are adding marquee clients from Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Media this year that has large potential for growth. Please visit https://welcome.epam.in/ for more info on EPAM India.

Pros

- They pay you a salary; - Offices are more or less nice; - You'll meet nice coworkers.

Cons

- Projects are boring. Be ready to work with outdated techs, projects that no one wants to take, Epam won't care if their employees aren't motivated! they don't care about that. Projects and clients mean money for them; - The crappy projects end up in a huge turnover and rotation, so don't be surprised if in a couple of months your team changes completely; - In order to get a raise you have to go through an 'assessment', which makes no sense, is better to take an interview with another company, if you do that, you'll earn better money; - Loooots of bureaucracy, they have managers for everything; - Be ready to feel and know that you are nothing but a number, your voice will never be heard, and pay attention to your contract because they add a loyalty agreement, so you can't quit just like that. If you want to resign, you have to pay them, and, sometimes, after a year, this clause get renewed, so you have to wait a whole year to quit again; - Also don't be surprised if some HR suddenly becomes a project manager... - You'll never get to learn new things nor nothing like it, because the company grabs the projects that no one wants to take; - My advice, don't join epam poland, or, if they offer a relocation, as soon as you set a foot on krakow, start sending CVs somewhere else; - Worst company I've ever worked for, period!
