If they will tell something to you just tell about it to your manager and you will see how it works! - If you try make things better the company may do not what you could expect. - If you are smart you will be seen as a threat are all your achievements will be ignored but ones you did mistake it will be really celebration and topic of discussions, jokes, and so on.
