      30% good in terms of learning but overall 70% worst experience

      Pros

      - little learning opportunities but not if your at client location

      Cons

      - poor management as they don't care about the employees - they don't care about the employees they only care about there clients - very few projects in Pune to work for - internal politics and missuses of power - fake promises - low hikes and no appreciations -no facilities for the employees who are working at client location -very few leaves per year - they takes employees feedback but no one take care of these things

We have added a new Insurance client that has large potential for growth. one more client who services insurance sector is also started. Pune centre has grown exponentially since we started operations last year and has good potential to continue this growth. Towards building an open and transparent culture, feedback is gathered through various channels like Skip levels, town halls, Leadership connects and engagement surveys. Results and action items are shared with the associates. We continue to make efforts to make the working environment conducive for our associates to become successful and fulfill their career aspirations.

      Not about keeping the loyal ones

      Pros

      - has interesting projects - overtime is not really usual - there is a career plan, you don't deserve a higher position because you sit there for years but because you take an exam for the next level

      Cons

      - The company, as usual (at least in Hungary), is not working to keeping the loyal workforce. There are some problems but the most painful are the salaries. They don't even try to keep up with the industry if you already work there. If there is a raise it is mostly ridicolous. - Though there is a system where you can go to take exam for a higher level in your position (developers for example are like D1-D5 where 1 is junior, 2 is experienced, 3 is senior...etc.) so it sounds cool but it is need to be approved that you can go for an exam. There are cases when (not usually but it happens) the capable candidate's request to take an exam is refused just because in the background they don't like him/her. Overall I would recommend the company for short term (1-2 year).

      Worst Company to work

      Pros

      Nothing good to say about it, Worst company . But pays well. What is the point if you dont get work and does layoff

      Cons

      It spoils your career. The management doesn't even know how to manage the resources and how to get projects. Please dont ever join this company. They never no when they will layoff. No Job security I left this company in less than 6 months.
