Messed up, but still missing.....

Nothing positive, except the fellow colleagues. Oh, no.. Not getting any positive words even after thinking for more than few minutes.

Cons

Butter management, soap politics and recognition based on bhajana except skills, critical interview pattern but poor guy, if selected ending up with worthless work, tight timelines with poor client handling skills, fighting with employee and bending to Clients.. More to write, follow me....

Pros

EPAM is constantly growing, and with big ambitions. If you're prepared to take some personal risks and stick your neck out, I think there's no limit to how far you can go. They have a tool for everything, and it's easy to work with corporate systems remotely with just a browser.

Cons

Due to the hugely distributed nature of the workforce, across multiple off/near-shore locations (Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Russia, etc.), and multiple client sites, you can feel a bit "left out to dry" unless you make the effort to stay connected. They have a tool for everything :-)

A lot of sitting capacity in the office, good team coordination

Cons

1. wont get to work much because they will hire you then say we don't have any projects then fire you 2. Freshers fired within 2 days of joining 3. 100 employees fired in one day for no reason 4. Firing is being done in india only
