- all pros, which apply to working in bodyshop - relocation opportunities - nice people, really - good for lower to mid level developers

Cons

- all cons, which apply to working in bodyshop - you will work on cr**py, messy, support projects, dropped to bodyshop by companies, which couldn't convince their own developers to support this AMAZING software :) Nothing personal, just business. - different locations from good to bad. you never know in advance. - no way to grow beyond mid developer. You even may have difficulties selling this experience later, because of really old tools/environments/approaches. - expect lot of politics. if you strongly dislike that - think twice. - salaries significantly below market. Beware, greedy guys :) - in general, it's classic company, build by management, for management, with little IT involved.

None for EPAM India. EPAM at a global level is a good company.

Cons

1. Highly political. 2. Power is in the hands of old Alliance Global Senior Management. Most of them have not worked anywhere else for over a decade. They are like frogs in the well. They think they know everything and are scared of new talent. They hold power closely. Do not allow new joiners to grow. 3. Be careful...they sweet talk in interviews and make it look as if you are joining a professional company. They orchestrate the process very well to deceive candidates.

Get an H1 or Green Card sponsorship over 5-6 years. If you live in Eastern Europe, EPAM could be your ticket to the US.
