1. A conservative mindset that underpins everything they do, leading to tight budgets everywhere, and sensitive, insecure employees who fear getting outshone when someone else comes in and does a better job. 2. They try to hire for as cheap as possible but still have the audacity to charge clients big time. 3. Very biased in favour of engineers, in terms of referral programs and financial support for certification/further education. 4. They frown upon people trying to champion themselves. Only started a DEI department in recent 2 years, people there aren't really ready to talk about sensitive topics like LGBTQ. 6. They've lost huge business in 2023, and some of their best salespersons left, and many have been let go or quit before they were hit. 7. People are often based out at client offices, most of us feel very disengaged from the company itself.
