Pros

What's good about Epam is their HR or CRM functions working hard putting fake reviews on glassdoor and other boards. What champions! For the eager souls looking for true reviews: do yourself a favor, sort by single star reviews and learn them first. This shop is good for young people starting their career. But then it is still bad, because, boys and girls, you will be learning how NOT to do business, how NOT to manage people. Sry.

Cons

Uninspiring dysfunctional senior IT management full of itself and, yet, completely unqualified to manage given scale and scope. It makes you wonder how these people got into those roles. There is a bigger issue when mid management is adopting higher management lousy style full of misconduct, absence of professionalism, integrity and... you start asking yourself: WTF am I doing in this circus? I am not a clown or am I? Am I that desperate to be a part of this? Or I choose to respect myself and demand respect from others? And then you leave

Pros

1. helps to apply for green card and supports during whole process. 2. opportunity to choose between different locations and projects.

Cons

experience relevant to Epam North America only. most of the people working here are not from US and are on L1 visa , meaning that they are locked to one specific employer => Epam. Epam management is well aware of that and understands that there is no way for the people willing to get Green Card to change place of work, without starting whole process from scratch. (meaning to go back home and reapply for L1/H1B with another employer) So that management never reviews or increases salary till you get a green card (bare in mind that it usually takes 3 years to get a green card), after that they start to treat you as a human being, especially if you brought an offer from another company. However thats happening because Epam is an out-staffing company which is interested in selling as many people as possible and NOT interested in growing competency or investing in its employees. As said many times before most of the people leave because they are treated very badly and don't see any future / growth possibilities other than receiving a Green Card.

Pros

lots of good talent there

Cons

it's just an outsourcing company.. almost 0 internal connections. If you are in the US, u r most likely a ukrainian, belarusian citizen who is promised a green card.
