What's good about Epam is their HR or CRM functions working hard putting fake reviews on glassdoor and other boards. What champions! For the eager souls looking for true reviews: do yourself a favor, sort by single star reviews and learn them first. This shop is good for young people starting their career. But then it is still bad, because, boys and girls, you will be learning how NOT to do business, how NOT to manage people. Sry.

Uninspiring dysfunctional senior IT management full of itself and, yet, completely unqualified to manage given scale and scope. It makes you wonder how these people got into those roles. There is a bigger issue when mid management is adopting higher management lousy style full of misconduct, absence of professionalism, integrity and... you start asking yourself: WTF am I doing in this circus?
