Pros

No Pros only HR and induction session is good.

Cons

I have worst experience in EPAM in my overall carrier. No MNC culture .. I suggest IT engineer to not join this organisation . Only Politics is there . Management team specially HR and Director of organisation is not aware about this and technical people suffering a lot. Don't join EPAM Hyderabad specially in HAVI account where you suffer a lot. So much of politics . Team still struggling in production support projects ..

Pros

This is a one of the fastest growing technology companies accordingly to Forbes. For some organisations you'd expect this to ego centric statement togo to some peoples heads. Epam has a very open, transparent and mature culture. No frills but just a good place to work, excellent digital engineering teams, great people, very down to earth, less politics, very humble organisation to work for. Most of my clients love EPAM, I spoken to many supporters and very few detractors. very rare to find so many positive followers.

Cons

heavy admin and process burden. You can spend long hours navigating the red tape. UK office needs lifting and shifting into the 21st century.

Pros

Good work life balance. Good salary taking into account that you don't have to work hard.

Cons

You don't work for EPAM, but you are sold as a contractor to a big bank. You as a contractor do not receive normal equipment and a fix desk in the bank's office, but you still have to work there. If you are lucky you get a 3 year old laptop if not, then 6 or older. The technology stack is old (IE11 and JSP in 2018) and it is really hard to introduce anything new. The political games are more important for the management than actually delivering software. The software testing is entirely manual and the release cycle is 3-6 months.
