However it does not offer major perks beyond the salary and the benefits for the country are strictly established by law (Vacation, paternity leaves, family days, PTO, sick leaves). The biggest disadvantage of EPAM, at least in Colombia, is that its project offers are very low and if you are removed from your project, no matter your performance, project interviews, or how much you get involved in extra-mile activities, you could be fired within 2-3 months (with luck), even when It is the company that does not have project offers to offer you.
