Pros

No Pros, All Cons. Don't fool get fooled by all these fake reviews posted by their HR teams.

Cons

Firing Immediately. Lot of mental stress in day to day life at EPAM, will get suicide thoughts because of their management dealing with employees. They doesn't treat as humans. Work pressure. Lot of firing happening in all projects. Rules changed based on their comfort and treat employee very bad. Unethical company.

Learning platform like LinkedIn but not Udemy, portals are good and handy , WFH policy

Cons

Micromanagement , Retention Policy is very unprofessional saying there are lots of factor to consider that's it , HR is very rude and helpless ,Partiality in package with same Experience ,skills and position .

smart people, unpretentious, good biz plan

Cons

Too much focus on stock price. Leadership cannot make decisions, poor integration with new acquisitions.
