1. HR Driven company ensuring no bureaucracy of managers. 2. Effective and frequent feedback systems ensure equal treatment of each individual. 3. Pay master. 4. Awesome medical policy. 10 lakhs coverage including spouse, 2 kids and parents. Top up available. 5. Transparent promotion system. Individuals can nominate for promotion subjected to passing an global expert committee panel assessment. 6. Best in the market self learning and training system. EPAM won the Linkedin award for best employer for learning infrastructure. 7. Great work life balance ( as per my experience). It depends on the project though. 8. Encouraging and recognising management. Management will keep encouraging employees for promotion and help them with assign them to a focus group learning team. 9. No variable pay in package. 10. Great reimbursement categories. 11. Great referral bonus.
