Pros

- Variety of projects, where it is possible to try out new roles, learn and practice new skills; - Large bank of educational courses, programs, communities, etc.; - Opportunity for both vertical and horizonal career growth; - Strong cultural spirit, openness, respect, helpful colleagues; - Large system of benefits; - Company's reputation; - 7 days of sick leave; - Comfortable offices, modern hardware.

Cons

- Salary range might be a bit lower than in the market and it might be a bit difficult to get a decent raise, however, it may depend on different factors; - To get a promotion, there is an internal procedure called "Assessment", which might be pretty challenging to pass, and there have been cases when people could not pass it, left the company and then joined again with already a more senior title. And the same applied to a salary raise - it sometimes easier to get a higher one if coming from the market rather than when already being in the company.

Pros

Excellent Benefits, great PTO, clear process to get promoted. Okish paternal leave.

Cons

The clients are not always good, most of the times you get to work with technologies and processes that will not increase your value in the future, you dont have stock options (you can buy them at a premier price from whatever the market value is a little less) however, epam doesn't offer any RSU to it's employees. Bad perf bonus and salary increases, when you get a salary increase most of the times it's not even the year inflation. Bonus is peanuts, there is no incentive to keep working with this type of practices
