I would like to thank so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided for me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. 1) Company provides high learning scope. 2) Most of the projects provide time flexibility is another advantage. 3) The webinars and learning programs always helps me to improve my Technical Growth. 4) I like friendly nature of my Manager. 5) The company not only care for employee's Technical growth but also works on employee's interests. 6) A program called Culture of Togetherness provides platform to all employees to work on their personal interest like Painting, Singing, Dance, Acting, Music, Sports etc.
Cons
If you love to code and passion on development then you need to think twice because there is a change to put you in Automation Testing but you can learn what you want. Company provides many learning programs but leaning is learning and work experience is work experience. You should enough flexible.
