      Excellent place to develop skills. Relocation possible

      Pros

      1) Relocation to different countries. You can relocate to one country, stay for a while, then relocate to another and so on. 2) Internal processes of development and carrier ladder are well-defined and clear to everybody. You can change your area of responsibilities in case you feel you're doing smth that you're not supposed to do.

      Cons

      1) If you are unlucky you easily can end up doing nothing and sitting on bench for year and even more 2) EPAM is "body-shop" in essence. Again if you're unlucky you will be participating in vague projects with huge amount of developers just because customer is ready to pay for them. Your personal contribution in this case will be unclear.

      Pros

      good benefits and generous salaries and flexible schedules. The only thing I really liked is all the fun stuff in the office like ping-pong tables and free beverages

      Cons

      Too much Russian culture. Sometimes you find it hard to talk to HR in English. lots of cultural differences

      Flexibility of working schedule (depending on the account you are assigned to), very good and smart colleagues, nice office in SF downtown

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy, as well as many things are not transparent and not automated - some stuff just has to be done through private connections only.
