      Company should care more about their US employees

      Pros

      Good benefits and a sense of stability when you work in their development offices off-shore. Good corporate culture and help with relocation. It is very different from one location to another but I was like a part of a big happy family. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Company culture, compensation and a care about their employees at very bad shape if you are a contractor in the US.

      Great company to start with and finish at

      Pros

      Technically strong team of professionals, variety of projects and departments, established and mature processes, plenty of opportunities to learn new things & grow professionally. CEO (also a company's founder) is extremely devoted and highly professional.

      Cons

      Management is generally weak but with exceptions. So one should carefully choose the department & manager to work with. Due to extremely quick company growth many underqualified people are in higher positions than they should be. Lack of communication and visibility between management and employees. Too much overhead in the form of "team leads" and management on the projects.

      Pros

      - events - tea, coffee, corporate stuff like T-shirts etc. - people are nice - good place of the office (there're two of them)

      Cons

      - not very good chairs - pretty limited set of commercial soft provided, e.g. IntelliJ IDEA is not in that list - a lot - short developer career ladder
