Pros

There is no pro which you will find

Cons

Don't ever join this company by thinking you are joining US MNC because they don't have any job security nor project. They just hire bunch of people after keeping on bench they fire those employees by saying we have to restructure the company finance. My point is if you don't have any project why you are hiring. My career is on danger because of you.I was having 7-8 offers but I have joined this company.

Pros

Company has nice management, portals , culture and mainly clients but which makes there interview very tough

Cons

1. Hiring and firing for epam is joke 2. They will mass recruit everyone on there desired package then keep you on bench for 2-3 months 3. if you are lucky enough you will get a chances to have a client interview which will be very tough like more than you epam interview 4. now the conditions comes either you will not be able to clear 1-2 client interview or you didn't get a chance to have client interview one day you will get a call and you will be explain financial crisis or your skillset doesn't match the client needed skill set so you have to resign same time on that call and if you resign they will revoke all your access and if you agree they will accept resignation same time only that day will be your last working day and within 2 min all access will be revoked and u will be unemployed
