      The initial pay rate is decent, however, subsequent raises are negligible.

      Toxic atmosphere. Do not trust your counselor or colleagues. Avoid this company if you can.

      1. brand 2. some good folks 3. exposure to consulting firms via back-end support 4. factors of growth very peculiar 5. good to start a career in financial risk domain

      1. open favoritism 2. non - meritocratic 3. elitist leadership with presumptuous biases; insecure dictatorship while dishing out favors at work in return for personal favors; toxic environments ; gas-lighting 4. old time managers who are inherently sick and cannot be looked upon 5. explicit regionalism 6. lack of learning opportunities 7. lack of intellectual companionship 8. narrow mindedness prevalent across the hierarchy 9. lack of personal moral code in the leadership 10. health attacks on well-being of talented individuals 11. false promises and cheap tactics 12.
