Pros

—Facility in Irvine is nice (big cafeteria, workout facility on-site, walking track) —Good benefits and employee option to buy stock —Lots of training classes, some from Franklin Covey

Cons

—Lack of opportunity for advancement, little opportunities for promotion —Very relationship-based culture. If you don’t hang out with the “cool kids,” you will never move in your career. —Director and VP never developed relationships with staff. —Had to participate in annual individual development plan review but people in the room didn’t even know my role or responsibilities. Comments and feedback were generic and didn’t even apply to me. —HR only there to protect management and company.
