Great name to have on CV. They also have relatively decent offices and good employee benefits
Cons
Where do i start? There is no team infrastructure to support client requirements. There is a particular manager there who is an utter control freak with no people skills, An absolute nightmare to work with. Senior managers are shy of resolving internal team conflicts and would rather pass the buck. Honestly i do not know how they continue to be employed. Everything seems to have red tape with no one seemingly using common sense. Steer well away from this place. It will make you ill. Just a bunch of different aquired businesses with different cultures and values clumped together under the same umbrella. A breeding ground for bad blood. Worst career move of my life. Obviously on the look out for a new role.
