Pros
Capita used to be a good company to work for before Business Management consultants overtook and started causing absolute mayhem. The only good thing about the company is the people who work there (Although the business seems to think otherwise). The good ones are leaving anyway because people who value themselves won't let any corporation treat them as a number on a spread sheet.
Cons
If you enjoy being told to work faster, be quiet, no phones and being questioned about every single thing you do in the office then Capita Employee Benefits is the place to be. This is not your typical office job, it has now turned into a production line with a monitor and a keyboard. Don't expect to be appreciated by the business because you can ALWAYS work faster, better and with no talking (like that time in primary school, remember?). As a result of the change, Capita now has no good working culture, no Christmas Parties, no social events nothing that you expect from a friendly office (see production line reference above).
