Pros
Some great fellow employees, a nice working environment and atmosphere. The office had a good mix of nationalities and ages which definitely added some interest, and it was easily commutable for me by car.
Cons
There is a unwillingness to tackle the complex problems in the company's infrastructure that could put people and data at risk. Many people in the business are clearly underpaid, which is why the turnover of staff in some departments is incredibly high. Being in Delph, commuting by public transport is difficult and I regularly car-shared.
