- The team/the people are usually the only redeeming grace -I'm giving them one start because there is no option to give negative stars
Cons
- Open Racism -Bullying -Harrassment -Victimisation -Intentional career sabottage -Poor pay -no benefits -Low staff morale (none really, people are so depressed) -Poor working conditions ( too hot/cold, too bright from the strip lights) -Appalling senior management who want to rule by edict like gods on olympus and do not care a jot about the people who work for them -poor support for employees even though they claim that employees are their greatest asset - shocking lack of managerial accountability - senior managers/directors can do literally anything short of causing someone's death and they will cover for each other -No integrity at all, HR is there to further the whims of senior management -policies put in place to allegedly protect the business and employees are an absoute joke. They will only be applied ot further the wants of senior management the truth be damned
