Pros
Reasonable hotels when staying away from home. Which is usually five days a week - so they'd have to be. Seriously, that's it - there are no other pros.
Cons
Horrible culture. Constant in-fighting between group businesses. No training or onboarding relating to your specific position. Totally inflexible. Treat clients as an inconvenience. No internal support. Internal IT at best functions badly, at worst, simply doesn't work.
