Pros
People were excellent and committed to doing the best they could. Good work live balance.
Cons
Highly disorganized in all activities Middle management has bullies that are aggressive, hostile to junior members and should not be part of the business. Only when pushing back unbearably hard can this be stopped. Has a who-you-know way of working. Those who don't make their voice heard do not stand out, a serious problem which needs to be tackled as does not lead to an inclusive workplace.
