Pros
Lots of opportunity to get broad experience in the field, if you've got some talent this can be well recognised.
Cons
Some extremely poor managers ruining the experience for those with ability. Not a great company for cutting out dead wood, consequently you'll run into a lot. There's a real culture of cronyism. A lot of managers are from a call centre background, and don't really know how to manage anything else.
