Set hours, 9-5 - allows for reasonable social life Plenty of opportunities to learn more administration skills Can be challenging if you want it to be! Generally nice people to work with Enthusiastic and friendly team leaders/management Training is kept straightforward, learn at your own pace Generous Christmas dinners
Cons
No particularly good company benefits offered, just the basics You will always find some people difficult to work with but its part of having a job No travel perks for using public transport which would have been great
