Pros
Some clever, bright people within the company with drive and determination. It's a relaxed environment to work in and the company contributes to a good work / life balance.
Cons
The management aren't on the same wavelength as the workers. Redundancies has seen the best of the staff leave and those that are left looking over their shoulders. Capita Symonds are bringing in new staff at associate level and above on reported huge salaries yet not looking after the employees below them. Promotions come without pay rises and staff are again starting to look elsewhere.
