      Decent pay and hours. A great starting spot to become a Financial Advisor, or a way to find out you want to do something else!

      Cons

      If you stay in the position you will not really move up anywhere, and pay will never be that great.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
