- This is a highly toxic culture. One of the values is "Genuine Care" and upper leadership doesn't even display this. Upper leadership is harsh, overly demanding despite our large workload as it is, condescending, and micromanaging. They publicly shame Deel employees and say "we foster open communication and feedback". Good and Great leaders can foster open communication and provide feedback, but in a much more positive way. - Workload is outrageous. It really is unsustainable and exhausting. I understand this is a startup up, but there should also be a line. Upper leadership voice how they love Deel and money over their family. That is so toxic and unhealthy. Deel also is unwilling to hire great talent and compensate appropriately, which leads to turnover and then the work gets pushed onto existing employees. - Lack of diversity and inclusion in upper leadership.
