Pros
Remote work flexibility - that's pretty much it.
Cons
Extremely high workload and unrealistic expectations Lack of care for employee wellbeing Unsustainable long-term; leads to burnout Working here is extremely draining, both mentally and emotionally. The pressure and workload are overwhelming, and there’s a constant expectation to complete tasks as quickly as possible, regardless of the toll it takes. No one seems happy, and the culture fosters burnout rather than growth. Management sees employees as just numbers — there’s little to no concern for internal staff wellbeing. While clients are prioritized, the people who keep the company running are overlooked. This might work as a short-term job, but after a year most people are completely burned out and dealing with serious stress and mental health issues.
