- Job mis-sold, 'Asylum Decision Maker' turns out to be a mediocre administrator doing menial tasks - Stats, stats, stats - Obsessed with hitting stats as opposed to delivering a quality service - Bullying and victimisation by senior managers to lower grade staff is commonplace - Good luck with receiving training to do your job - You won't get it! - Weeks and weeks to get your I.T. username, in the meantime you are stuck with menial tasks - If you think different from the status quo, good luck - because you'll need it when you're constantly having to justify yourself - They hate being challenged when you identify something wrong
