Management are so old fashioned and stuffy, they really need a good shake up. The micro management is ridiculous. There's an underlying current of misogyny and a toxic atmosphere in the office. In my experience, the management were clueless about how to manage people and demonstrated very little knowledge on their own HR policies. There was very little emphasis on customer experience (something which I care about) Training... Non existent. For a role that is so compliance related, the training is lacklustre at best. It was none existent until I asked for some, and then I was made to feel difficult for wanting some clear guidelines and wanting to learn. All in all, the worst experience of my career to date. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.
